Dear Prospective Customer,

We are very pleased to have you as our customer and your satisfaction is our #1 goal. We like to work with our clients on a friendly and personal basis. The content in this document is for both parties to understand each other and to know what is expected of each other.

At first consultation once client has agreed to terms and conditions a 50% deposit is required at time of agreement (the deposit goes towards half the cost of the site. (Therefore if you are getting a site that is $550, you would have to pay a $275 deposit).

If at any time thereafter, the project is canceled, any deposit paid is non refundable.

Client must supply desired text & photos or graphics to complete project in a timely manner, this is based on estimated completion date (This date is discussed between client and web designer at first consultation). If necessary materials are not supplied, or the completion date is not re-negotiated to both parties’ satisfaction, the balance of the design fees shall become due at the discussed completion date.

Client shall have a two-week period after completion of site for changes and adjustments to existing pages at no additional charge. After the two-week period, changes to the web site will be billed at normal update rates.

There will be an additional charge for traveling out of town to collect material or discuss any updates for your site. This is to cover the cost of our gas expenses.
